1. TRADEMARKS

Concord invests significant resources to ensure our goods and services maintain distinctive recognition in the marketplace. We accomplish this through the strategic use and protection of our trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade dress (individually, a "Mark" and collectively, "Marks").

Our Marks are valuable intellectual property assets and may not be used without our express prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use of our Marks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, mistake, or deception, or that is disparaging or damaging to our reputation, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of our Marks constitutes trademark infringement, unfair competition, and dilution in violation of federal and state laws, and may subject the infringer to civil and criminal penalties.

Proprietary Marks

The following is a non-exhaustive list of our proprietary Marks:

  • Concord®
  • Myaccountinfo.com®
  • Interlink®
  • Qualifly®
  • Blackwell Recovery®
  • TB®
  • TrueBI®
  • C2 Command and Control®
  • Concordlink™

This list is not comprehensive, and the absence of any product name, service name, logo, or other identifier from this list does not constitute a waiver of any trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property rights that Concord may have in such identifier.

Concord owns and operates its website, mobile applications, and other online services and platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). All materials contained within the Platform are protected by United States and international copyright laws, trademark laws, patent laws, trade secret laws, and other applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. Concord also owns copyrights in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and presentation of materials contained within the Platform.

The Platform and its contents are provided solely for lawful use by authorized clients, Concord personnel, and members of the general public for informational purposes. No materials from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used to create derivative works without Concord's express prior written consent. This prohibition includes, without limitation, any copying or reproduction through linking, framing, scraping, or any other method. Access to and use of the Platform does not grant users any ownership rights, licenses, or other interests in the materials contained within the Platform.

3. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Concord respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), Concord will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Concord to contact you, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
