Lorena Montano


Vice President, Client Experience & Support

Lorena joined Concord Servicing Corporation in 1993 and she has held multiple positions in the company, culminating in her current role as vice president of client experience & support. Lorena directs Concord’s international operations groups that offer support to clients in the vacation ownership sector and in Mexico’s domestic mortgage market. She manages a team of portfolio managers who oversee assigned portfolio groups to ensure that accounts are being handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with specific contractual obligations. Lorena also participates in the Project Management Office’s strategic prioritization of projects.

Lorena received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western International University.
