Originally from the U.K., Jon Catlin serves as CIO for Concord Servicing and is responsible for the technological direction of Concord, overseeing the architecture and software development as well as managing the SaaS/Cloud-based teams. Jon’s background includes Agile, Scrum, BDD, CI, change management, and 20 years+ of consulting and leadership experience for small to large organizations.
Prior to Concord, he was vice president of software development at American Traffic Solutions managing a team, on and off shore delivering solutions for the road safety industry. In 2012, Jon and his teams won the Arizona Governor’s award for innovation (large business category). He has worked in a variety of industries gaining a broad range of experience, including building software products for the communications market and designing and delivering highly scalable SaaS-style service offerings.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Teesside and his Master of Science in Technology Management from the Open University, along with completing his Executive Education at Henley Business School.
