Charlie joined Concord in 2015 as corporate counsel and is currently responsible for advising Concord’s Executives and Management on a wide range of legal matters including contracts, federal and state consumer protection regulations, intellectual property, civil litigation, data privacy, licensing, anti-money laundering, and human resource laws. Charlie obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the State of Arizona and State of Maryland.

Before joining Concord, Charlie worked in the law and contracts department of an international Fortune 100 company where he covered corporate, contract, commercial, IP and anti-trust issues.
